Uplofty

Terms of Service

Updated November 7, 2026

By downloading or using the Uplofty desktop app or the website uplofty.app (the "Service"), operated by S9FT TECH, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Uplofty is desktop software that uploads photos and videos from folders you choose on your computer to your Google Photos account. The upload runs on your own computer and uses your own Google account and storage.

2. Your account and content

3. Plans and billing

4. Refunds

Contact support@uplofty.app within 14 days of a payment. If a problem with the App kept you from backing up your files and we cannot fix it, we refund that payment in full. Rights you have under applicable consumer law are not affected.

5. Availability

The Service relies on Google's APIs, which have usage limits and which Google may change. Uploads may be paused when a daily limit is reached and resume later. We work to keep the Service running but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Keep your original files: Uplofty copies them and never deletes them from your computer.

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

7. Changes and termination

We may update the App and these Terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. We may suspend access for misuse of the Service. You may stop using the Service and revoke its Google access at any time.

8. Trademarks

Uplofty is an independent product and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Google LLC. "Google Photos" is a trademark of Google LLC, used only to describe compatibility.
